Exchange Policy:
- You can exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for replacement.
- The customer bears all shipping costs in the event of an international exchange.
- In the event of a defect or error in the product, we will bear all costs.
The product cannot be replaced in the following cases:
- If the product is manufactured based on a special order from the customer.
- If the product specifications have been previously determined by the customer, unless there is a defect in the product.
Return Policy
- You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The package must be intact and unused.
- The product must have more than half of its expiration date remaining.
- After the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded using the same method of original payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product condition does not match the stated conditions.
