We offer shipping and delivery options within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, ensuring your orders reach you easily and on time. Below are details of our shipping and delivery policy:


Local Delivery - Al Khumrah District (Jeddah)

Delivery within the Al Khomrah area, south of Jeddah, is provided by a dedicated company representative to ensure prompt and efficient service. The terms and conditions for local delivery in this area are as follows:

  • Delivery is free for orders over 100 Saudi riyals . If the order value is less than that, a small delivery fee may apply (this fee will be explained before placing the order).
  • Delivery time: From after Asr prayer until 12 midnight . During this time period, orders are delivered to customers on the same day.
  • Late Orders: Any order received after 12 midnight will be scheduled for delivery the next day (after Asr prayer). We will ensure these orders are delivered as close as possible within the specified delivery window.
  • Immediate Delivery: Orders confirmed and received within the delivery window (i.e., between afternoon and midnight) are delivered immediately on the same day whenever possible, to ensure customer satisfaction and speed of service.

Shipping within Saudi Arabia - the rest of Jeddah and all cities in the Kingdom

We provide shipping services to all other districts of Jeddah and to all cities and governorates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the approved shipping company , SMSA , in accordance with the following regulations:

  • Shipping fees: SAR 25 for orders weighing up to 15 kg (maximum base weight). If the order weight exceeds 15 kg , a small additional fee may apply for each additional kilogram (customers will be notified of any additional fees prior to shipment confirmation).
  • Estimated delivery time: Typically, it ranges from 2 to 7 business days from the order's shipping date. This time depends on the shipment's destination within the Kingdom (shipments may arrive faster to major cities, while they may take longer to remote areas or villages).
  • Tracking and Communication: Once your order has been shipped and delivered to SMSA, you will be provided with a tracking number via email or text message. You can use this number to track the status and progress of your shipment via SMSA's website or through their customer service.
  • Delivery Times: The shipping company delivers during official business days. If there is a public holiday or emergency, the delivery time may be affected, and the company or our team will contact you to clarify the latest developments.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries around the world through SMSA or its trusted international partners. International shipping is carefully arranged to ensure our products reach you wherever you are. International shipping details are as follows:

  • International Shipping Cost: International shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight and size of the package . The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed to you during the order process on the website (before final confirmation and payment), based on the international delivery address you entered. If you have any questions about the cost to a specific country, we are happy to provide you with details via customer service.
  • International delivery time: Delivery time depends on the shipment destination and customs procedures in the recipient country. In general, the approximate time ranges from 7 to 14 business days for most international destinations. The time may be longer in some special cases or for countries with lengthy customs procedures (sometimes up to 21 business days or more). We will do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery and track the shipment with the international carrier.
  • Customs and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the local laws of the receiving country. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's authorities are the customer's responsibility and may be required to pay them upon receipt of the shipment. We will include necessary invoices with your shipment to facilitate customs procedures, but please check your country's import laws for any special requirements.
  • International Tracking: After your order is shipped internationally, we will provide you with an international tracking number so you can track the shipment's progress step by step until it arrives. We will also follow up with the shipping company until you confirm successful receipt of your order. If you encounter any tracking issues or delays, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Important Notes and Exceptions

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed daily (Saturday through Thursday) to ensure prompt shipping. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may be processed on the first business day following the holiday.
  • Information Confirmation: Please ensure that your shipping and delivery information (full address, contact number, and any additional instructions) is correct when placing your order. Any incorrect information may result in a delay in delivery or a returned shipment. In this case, the customer may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
  • Delays beyond our control: In rare cases, exceptional circumstances may arise that cause delivery delays (such as severe weather, busy seasons and holidays, or emergency precautionary measures). In such cases, we will ensure you are promptly notified of any developments and follow up with the delivery company to ensure your shipment arrives as soon as possible.
  • Package Safety: We package products with the utmost care to ensure their safety during shipping. If you receive a shipment containing damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately to arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with our exchange and return policies.
